My name is Ina Blanc and I work as a psychologist at the ZEPP (Center for Developmental and Personality Psychology) at the University of Basel. After my studies in Clinical Psychology I trained in Systemic Approach and Family Phase Therapy with Carole Gammer in Paris, in Clinical Hypnosis at GHyps (Swiss Society for Clinical Hypnosis) and MEG (Milton Erickson Gesellschaft) and in mindfulness meditation (DU Médecine, Méditation et Neurosciences at the University of Strasbourg (F)). I also specialised in Child and Adolescent Psychology at the SKJP (Swiss Association of Child and Adolescent Psychologists).
I am very dreamy and I have always loved to make up stories. With my own children I started to illustrate the stories we would invent together. Over time I began to transfer this technique into my work. The result are playful and creative exercises for children and teenagers (and adults) that I would like to share with you. They aim to increase the resilience of children through introspection, mindfulness and imagination. Children will learn to perceive their inner world more accurately and to create precise mental images in order to regulate their emotions, gain self-confidence, increase their well-being and reach their goals with more ease.
